Many organizations providing first aid and intensive care for animals suffering from infections, malnourishment, pneumonia, gill net strangulation, etc. which can harm an animal's chance for survival.

Many animal care facilities are struggling with providing continuous care for their patients. Shore Buddies decided to partner with 4x organizations and DONATE 100% of PROFITS for the treatment of those animals in these troubling times. Organizations are heavily affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, struggling to provide food and care and treatment for their current patients and residents. Shore Buddies decided to partner with the 4x organizations below and DONATE 100% of PROFITS to these organizations for the treatment of their animals in these troubling times. Each Shore Buddy purchase from our online shop benefits a different organization.

The Marine Mammal Center is guided and inspired by a shared vision of a healthy ocean for marine mammals and humans alike. Their mission is to advance global ocean conservation through marine mammal rescue and rehabilitation, scientific research, and education. Sick and injured animals are treated and rehabilitated at their state-of-the-art veterinary facilities. Covering a rescue range that spans 600 miles of California coastline and the Big Island of Hawaii, the Center responds to more stranded marine mammals than any other organization in the world.

Shelly the Sea Turtle:

100% of the profits from every "Shelly The Sea Turtle" purchase from our online shop are donated to the South Carolina Aquarium - Sea Turtle Care Center in Charleston, SC.

Stranded or injured Sea Turtles are brought to the Sea Turtle Care Center for treatment. Sea turtles arrive most commonly suffering from debilitated turtle syndrome, shock from being exposed to cold temperatures, or injury from a boat strike or shark bite. The staff veterinarians diagnose each turtle and work with Care Center staff and volunteers to provide treatments and rehabilitative care. Patients are given IV fluids, antibiotics, vitamins and other medications. Based on the sea turtle’s condition, a variety of procedures may be performed, such as x-rays or ultrasounds. Rehabilitated sea turtles are released home in hopes that they will become reproductive members of the sea turtle population.
